The U-space Regulation (EU) 2021/664 makes it mandatory as of January 2023, for those who want to fly in U-Space Airspaces, to use a Service Provider that guarantees, among others, the Network Identification service. This service consists of providing the civil aviation authority of the Member State with the identity of the UAS operator, the position and trajectory of the drone during the operation.
