Where necessary, the Company has reclassified the previous year for a better comparability of the individual Financial Statement items

(*) The Pro-forma statement has been prepared starting from the financial statements of Impianti S.p.A., prepared in accordance with the OIC accounting principles as well as the Pro-forma adjustment records applied to it.

(**) The Ebitda adjustment is calculated as profit or loss for the period before income taxes, financial income and charges, depreciation and amortization, value adjustments of financial assets and liabilities and non-recurring costs and/or revenues.
